This policy establishes a formal mechanism for addressing complaints, disputes, suggestions, and grievances.

6. Fair Investigation
Each grievance is reviewed objectively by the appropriate authority before a decision is communicated.
7. Escalation
If a user is dissatisfied with the initial resolution, the matter may be escalated for further review.
