Refund and cancellation policy for SFIMS.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules governing payments, cancellations, refunds, and related transactions made through the Stentorian Foundation Internship Management System (SFIMS).
1. General Policy
SFIMS may collect fees for internship applications, training programs, certification, workshops, assessments, or other services where applicable.
Users are advised to carefully review all program details before making any payment.
2. Payment Confirmation
A payment shall be considered successful only after:
• Successful transaction authorization.
• Receipt generated by the system.
• Payment confirmation from the payment gateway.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
Unless specifically mentioned for a particular program, the following payments are generally non-refundable:
• Application Fees
• Registration Fees
• Processing Charges
• Documentation Verification Fees
• Digital Certificate Charges
• Administrative Charges
4. Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered only in situations such as:
• Duplicate payment due to technical issues.
• Payment deducted but application not created.
• Incorrect multiple transactions.
• Program cancelled by Stentorian Foundation.
• Other exceptional cases approved by the management.
Approval of refunds shall be at the sole discretion of Stentorian Foundation.
5. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their application before the verification process begins, wherever cancellation is permitted for that particular program.
Once document verification, selection, training, internship allocation, or certification has started, cancellation may not be permitted.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds shall normally be processed within 7 to 15 working days.
The actual credit timeline depends upon the user's bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
7. Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but confirmation is not received:
• Wait for a reasonable processing period.
• Do not make repeated payments immediately.
• Contact SFIMS support with transaction details.
8. Incorrect Information
Refund requests arising due to incorrect information submitted by the applicant (including name, email, mobile number, documents, or eligibility details) may not be accepted.
9. Payment Gateway Charges
Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, banking charges, taxes, or third-party transaction fees may not be refundable where applicable.
10. Force Majeure
Refunds shall not be mandatory in situations beyond the reasonable control of Stentorian Foundation, including:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Internet outages
• Cyber incidents
• Technical failures of third-party providers
11. Right to Modify
Stentorian Foundation reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on the official website shall always prevail.
